Join the Puppet Club!
We will be hosting regular weekly sessions at the EPPIC THEATRE in Ecclesfield (Sheffield) in 2027. The club calendar will be divided into two seasons starting in February and September. Both seasons will finish with a production in front of an audience!
Try a one-off session
Before then we will be hosting a number of “one -off” taster performance workshops for adults and young people over the age of 11 who would like to try out puppetry and see if it’s what you want to do.
At Puppet Club you’ll learn puppetry skills and work together to create shows. You don’t need any previous experience, and we even supply the puppets! Come along to one of our taster sessions taking place this Autumn. At the taster sessions you will be shown how to animate puppets, bringing characters to life. The taster workshops are fun and include Puppet Karaoke!, working with TV screens, lip sync and an introduction to different types of puppet manipulation and performance techniques.
